Love this stuff! Only 35 cal per slice and often higher in fiber and much lower in carbs.

2 years ago my supermarket had maybe 1-2 brands. But the popularity has increased and now they even have multiple types of store brand to pick from.

I feel much less guilty grabbing that late night sandwich now.

Get that old fashioned raw, whole grain bread and you'll notice a huge difference from regular white flour bread. It really fills you up good.

I tasted it and its nasty the low cal bread..... No reason you can not eat regular bread in moderation

the white sourdough bread with the Olives in it is the best

The white low cal bread tastes the same to me. Less doughy though.

I dont mind the oat and wheat kinds though. I can eat almost any bread as long as its fresh baked or not stail.

Pumpernickel FTW, and no I'm not Greek.
